THE TALE OF NIGHTMARES (CHAPTER-1)

CHAPTER - 1 (THE ARRIVAL OF NIGHTMARES)

{SCENE-1}

SOMEONE: "Don't die, don't die."

(Walking through the door and then opened it. It's too dark to see the faces of the two people. So, she stops getting near them. she hits something unconsciously and then the woman looks at her in the dark and then she found out that someone stepped in the room)

A VOICE FROM BEHIND: "I don't think you should help him"

THE WOMAN: (scaredly with shivering hands) "why not?"

A VOICE FROM BEHIND: "Cause he don't deserve it"

GRACE: (Runs away, stepping on the stairs and suddenly falls)

(Crying while sleeping in dream and Suddenly wakes up, starts using her hand to feel the tears on her face and finding out she cried in real while crying in the nightmare)

GRACE's MOTHER: (opened the door) Did something happened? I heard you screaming.

GRACE: "No mom, I'm fine. It was just a nightmare"

GRACE's MOTHER: "Oh, are you alright?"

GRACE: "Yes"

GRACE's MOTHER: "Great then, I made you breakfast. Wash up and eat."

(Grace nodes her head)

{SCENE-2}

(Grace gets ready and starts eating the meal. However, she is thinking about the flashes that she saw in the nightmare)

OLIVIA: (enters the living room) "Hey, where are you? You're not supposed to eat the spoon, do you?"

GRACE's MOTHER: "Stop teasing her, she had a nightmare last night."

OLIVIA: (acting curious) "Oh, who was in your nightmare?" (remembering something)

(jokingly) "it wasn't the same dream that you saw last month, right?"

GRACE: (stays quiet) "I'm going for a walk"

OLIVIA: (starring her weirdly and speaks to mother) "What's wrong with her?"

GRACE's MOTHER: "I wish I know"

{SCENE-3}

(Grace walking on the rooftop of the building, her phone rings)

MIA: "Hey! what are you doing in this stupid and boring summer holidays?"

GRACE: "Not much."

MIA: "So, let's meet up today."

GRACE: "No, not today."

MIA: "Why?"

GRACE: "Not in the mood."

MIA: "Seriously? No mood to meet me? Stop pissing me off cause I'm not in the mood for that too."

GRACE: "What about your boyfriend, He's not meeting you?"

MIA: "He's busy today"

GRACE: "That's why you called me"

MIA: "I hope you don't mind"

GRACE: "Can I kick your ass?"

MIA: "Sure, if you meet me"

GRACE: "Okay, then I will meet you to kick your ass. Tell me where?"

MIA: "Sunpark Mall at 10 a.m."

GRACE: " Mall? Are you sure?"

MIA: "Why? Were you expecting a Motel?"

GRACE: "Shut up"

MIA: "See you there"

{SCENE-4}

(Grace roaming around in the mall with Mia. A couple walks before them)

MIA: (Hesitating) "I wanted to ask you something from a long time."

GRACE: "Sure"

MIA: "You know it's kind of important and always make me feel pressurize every time I talk to you"

GRACE: (seriously) "What is it?"

MIA: "Why don't you have a boyfriend?"

GRACE: "Seriously? you want me to talk about this right now"

MIA: "Look I know you always get pissed off whenever I talk about this and I wanna know why?"

GRACE: "You look very excited"

MIA: "Yeah"

GRACE: "But I won't tell you"

MIA: (stunned) Wow! Really?

GRACE: Really.

(Mia make her hand in a punching position)

GRACE: "Are you sure you wanna do this?"

MIA: "Well, there's no reason to back-off now"

(Grace takes her hand out of her pocket)

GRACE, MIA: (saying together) "STONE, PAPER, SCISSOR"

(Mia does the stone gesture and Grace does the Paper gesture)

GRACE: "I won. The end of the topic"

(Grace and Mia starts walking)

MIA: "Does it mean, you will never tell me even if we play-fight like this?"

GRACE: "No"

MIA: (whisper) "Then let's change the game"

GRACE: "No"

MIA: "Then how can I find out?"

GRACE: (Thinking) "Hmm..Why don't you just put some efforts to win?"

MIA: (serious) "Then I will work hard"

GRACE: "Just take care of your boyfriend, that's enough"

MIA: "Why do you say that?"

(Grace stops walking and then Mia stops in front of her)

GRACE: "Cause I think he is playboy, wait he is one"

MIA: "He changed"

GRACE: "Cheaters never change and it would be wonderful if you use your curious brain to spy your boyfriend, not me"

MIA: "When did I spy you?"

GRACE: "So, you want me to tell you?"

MIA: "Ah, I forgot it but now I'm remembering it slowly"

GRACE: "Good for you"

{SCENE-5}

A few weeks later

(Grace falls asleep and now she is sweating. Her nightmare comes again tonight and now she is seeing the same that happened before in the nightmare)

SOMEONE: "Don't die, don't die."

(Walking through the door and then opened it. It's too dark to see the faces of the two people. So, she stops getting near them. she hits something unconsciously and then the woman looks at her in the dark and then she found out that someone stepped in the room)

A VOICE FROM BEHIND: "I don't think you should help him".

(Grace turns around)

THE WOMAN: (Shouts) "No"

(Grace starts sweating in her nightmare and starts turning around slowly and then she sees no one is there. Then she walks to the living room where the nightmare started. She was walking but suddenly someone hold her leg from behind and she gets scared. So, she runs away from there and falls from the stairs. Suddenly she wakes up with heavy breathing and sweating)
